Terms of Service

By making a reservation on www.etdrives.com or with one of our reservation specialists, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement and become a registered traveler of Entourage.

BILLING POLICY: Billing begins when our vehicle is en route to pick you up and ends when the driver returns from your trip (garage out/ garage in). Hourly Trips (Weekdays/Weekends) are billed based on actual time, with a minimum of 2 to 5 hours.

LIABILITY: Entourage Transportation, L.L.C., dba Entourage Transportation will attempt to adhere to time schedules specified by customers. However, it will not be liable for any damages caused by delays caused by acts of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, hazards or dangerous incidents to a state of war, accidents, storms, and any other conditions beyond its control. Entourage Transportation, L.L.C., dba Entourage Transportation, shall not be held liable for any damages caused by delays specified herein.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Our standard airport pick-up is conducted curbside. You will receive your driver’s contact number before the pick-up, and once you are ready to depart, your driver will meet you curbside outside your arrival terminal. We can offer a “Meet & Greet” option for an extra $25 if you have multiple bags or need additional assistance. The driver will meet you inside the arrivals terminal, collect your bags, and then lead you to the vehicle for departure.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION:  Entourage Transportation requires 72 hours of cancellation notice to avoid fees. If you must cancel a reservation within 72 hours of departure, please do so by submitting an email to reservations@etdrives.com. The cancellation fee will be the order deposit. The total order amount will be charged with cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.

PAYMENTS: All payments will be made via credit card, ACH, or bank wire. New clients will be required to prepay for services requested. Corporate accounts in good standing may use our direct bill/ invoice option. Drivers will only be dispatched if Entourage Transportation has a valid form of payment on file.

NO SHOW: If you do not see your driver, call 424-346-8050 ext. “2” so we can direct you to the driver. If you leave without calling, you will be billed the total price of the order.

DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: You will be held responsible for all damages caused by your group’s negligence. Entourage Transportation will charge you the cost of cleaning the vehicle as a result of you or your authorized party getting sick in or damaging the vehicle.

Damage to seating or carpets: $750, any smoking $500; sickness in vehicle $750; broken/missing glassware $20 each.

The maximum driving time allowed by law is ten (10) hours per day, during any shift of up to twelve (12) hours. Therefore, any long-distance round-trip over five (5) hours driving one way requires an overnight stay at the turning point, making the trip a two (2) day excursion.

REFUSAL TO CARRY PERSONS OR PASSENGERS: The driver of the vehicle shall have the right to refuse to carry any person or require any passengers to leave the vehicle if the person or passengers is intoxicated, unruly, believed to be under the influence of narcotics, believed to present a danger to the health or safety of the driver, or if verbal threats of any kind are made toward the driver or any staff member.

LIABILITY REGARDING ARTICLES OR ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLE: Entourage Transportation will not be held liable for articles or items left in vehicles. We will make every attempt to locate and return your property, but we will not be liable for damaged items or if they can not be found.

CHILDREN-UNACCOMPANIED: No person under the age of 21 will be permitted to participate in service unless a parent/guardian or other responsible adult over 21 accompanies the minors. Minors over 15 will be permitted to take part in service without adult supervision if they can provide the parent consent form signed by every minor’s parent or legal guardian. We define an adult as any person 21 years or older responsible for the child’s care and supervision during the charter service. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

CAR SEAT POLICY: In select markets, Entourage offers car seats for children upon request and availability for $25 per car seat per ride. Clients must request car seats during booking or at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Clients are encouraged to use their own car seats for their children. Clients are responsible for adequately securing car seats in the vehicle, whether provided by us or their own. All car seats must comply with relevant safety standards and guidelines. Our staff will not assist or secure the car seats in the vehicle. The client is responsible for ensuring children are safely fastened and seated. Entourage assumes no responsibility for improperly installing or using car seats, whether provided by the company or owned by the client.

***ALL COMPLAINTS MUST BE MADE TO ENTOURAGE TRANSPORTATION BY PHONE AT (424)346-8050 Opt. 2 IMMEDIATELY THE DAY OR NIGHT THE SERVICE IS BEING USED. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT DUE TO A MALFUNCTION OR SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, YOU MUST REPORT IT TO THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU FAIL TO CALL OUR OFFICE (NOT THE DRIVER ), ENTOURAGE TRANSPORTATION WILL NOT HONOR ANY COMPLAINTS THE NEXT DAY, WEEKS, OR MONTHS AFTER THE DATE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED. BY AGREEING AND OR SIGNING THIS RESERVATION AGREEMENT, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES OUR COMPANY POLICY, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.***
