By making a reservation onww.etdrives.com or with one of our reservation specialists, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement and become a registered traveller of Entourage.
LIABILITY: Entourage Transportation L.L.C., Entourage, will use its best efforts to adhere to the time schedules specified by customers. However, please note that certain delays may occur due to events beyond our control. These events include but are not limited to, acts of God, public enemies, the authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes or hazardous incidents, state of war, accidents, and storms. In such cases, Entourage, L.L.C., dba Entourage, shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the delays caused by such events.
AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Our standard airport pick-up will have your driver meet you outside your arrival terminal, where you will receive their contact number in advance. Need more help? Opt for our “Meet & Greet” option for an additional $25.
CHANGES & CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure will result in a cancellation fee equal to the order deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full order amount.
PAYMENTS: Payment can be made via credit card, ACH, or bank wire. New clients will need to prepay for the services requested. Corporate accounts in good standing may take advantage of our direct bill/invoice option.
NO SHOW: If you can’t find your driver, call us immediately at 424-346-8050 ext. 2. If you leave without calling, you will be billed for the full price of the order.
DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: You are liable for damages resulting from your group’s negligence. We will charge for cleaning the vehicle if you or an authorized party damage it. Damage to seating or carpets: $750. Any kind of smoking: $500. Sickness in the vehicle: $750. Broken/missing glassware: $20 each.

The maximum driving time allowed by law is ten (10) hours per day, within any shift of up to twelve (12) hours. Therefore, any long-distance round-trip over five (5) hours driving one way requires an overnight stay at the turning point, making the trip a two (2) day excursion.
REFUSAL TO CARRY PERSONS OR PASSENGERS: The driver of the vehicle has the right to refuse to carry any person or require any passengers to leave the vehicle if the person or passengers is intoxicated, unruly, is believed to be under the influence of narcotics, is believed to present a danger to the health or safety of the driver, or if verbal threats of any kind are made toward the driver or any staff member.
LIABILITY REGARDING ARTICLES OR ITEMS LEFT IN VEHICLE: We will not be held responsible for articles or items left in vehicles. We will make every attempt to locate and return your property but will not be liable for damaged items or if they cannot be found.
CHILDREN-UNACCOMPANIED: Minors under 21 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or another responsible adult over the age of 21. Minors over 15 can take part in the service without adult supervision if they provide the parent consent form signed by each minor’s parent or legal guardian.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
ALL COMPLAINTS MUST BE MADE TO ENTOURAGE TRANSPORTATION BY PHONE AT (424)346-8050 Opt. 2 IMMEDIATELY THE DAY OR NIGHT THE SERVICE IS BEING USED. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT DUE TO A MALFUNCTION, OR SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY YOU MUST REPORT IT TO THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU FAIL TO CALL OUR OFFICE (NOT THE DRIVER ) ENTOURAGE TRANSPORTATION WILL NOT HONOR ANY COMPLAINTS THE NEXT DAY, WEEKS, OR MONTHS AFTER THE DATE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED. BY AGREEING AND OR SIGNING THIS RESERVATION AGREEMENT THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES OUR COMPANY POLICY AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
